From London, take M20 southbound, Leave at Jcn 10, follow A2070 (signed Hastings), Follow dual carriageway for 1/4 mile to roundabout (McDonalds drive through on right) , Straight ahead to next roundabout - 1/4 mile (do not leave this road for Hastings), Straight ahead into Sir Malcolm Sergeant road (single carriageway signed Kingsnorth and Ellingham Industrial Estates)

At next roundabout turn right into Wotton Road, A.E.R. Ltd is first on the left (opposite large orange & blue Lok'n store building)
